Coaching helps people grow with more clarity, confidence, and direction, with an average reported return of 7 times the investment.
Grief can stay with people far longer than others see, with 4% to 15% of bereaved adults experiencing prolonged grief disorder.
More than 60% of travellers say they expect to use a travel advisor, choosing expertise, reassurance, and personalised support over booking alone.

A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Grief Recovery Specialist. I founded Growing From Grief to support women through hidden grief, life transitions, and emotional recovery. Drawing from my own experiences with loss and rebuilding, I help high-achieving women like you heal emotionally, reconnect with your true self, and move forward with peace and purpose—without overdrive or forced positivity.
My approach is grounded in compassionate presence, structured healing, and human connection, aligned with ICF standards for integrity and trust. Whether through one-on-one grief coaching, group programs, or curated travel experiences via Delivering Dreams Travel, I create spaces for gentle reflection and empowered clarity. You're not broken; you're grieving—and that deserves space, not shame.
I work with people navigating meaningful transitions, the in-between seasons when something familiar has ended, something new has not fully formed, and the old ways of holding it all together no longer fit.
Many of the people I support are thoughtful, capable, and outwardly functioning. Inside, they may be carrying grief, including the grief of unmet hopes, dreams, and expectations, alongside burnout or leadership strain. They are not looking for quick fixes or surface-level motivation. They want a steady space to be honest, and a process that helps them move forward with integrity.
My work blends emotional intelligence, structure, and grounded presence. I help you take what feels unspeakable, confusing, or overwhelming and turn it into a paced, emotionally safe practice you can follow. We name what has been avoided without shame, give grief and change a shape, and create steady forward movement without rushing, fixing, or bypassing what you have lived. The result is often simple and tangible, more capacity in daily life, fewer emotional ambushes, and a steadier sense of self-trust in how you decide, relate, and lead.
Grief was one important doorway into this work, and The Growing From Grief Method remains a core method and group programme within my practice. Over time, the same approach has naturally expanded into burnout recovery, leadership development, and deeper self-understanding, including Enneagram-informed coaching. The common thread is not a narrow niche, but a way of working that is steady, human, and respectful of timing.
Alongside coaching, I have spent decades designing and leading travel experiences. I see travel not as escape, but as a powerful way to interrupt autopilot, expand perspective, and reconnect with what matters. Whether through coaching, a programme, or immersive travel, my intention is the same, to support you in meeting yourself more honestly, restoring your energy, and choosing what comes next with clarity and self-trust.
Meaningful change rarely comes through pressure or performance. It happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to process what you have been carrying, and clear enough to choose what comes next.
My work offers a steady, structured space. Grounded presence plus a clear process. If you are carrying grief, burnout, or the sense that you have lost yourself a little, you do not have to push through alone. We begin by creating an emotionally safe container where you can exhale and feel supported. Then we gently map what is really going on. Not just the symptoms, but the deeper story underneath. Together, we uncover the patterns shaping how you cope, protect, and perform, and we name what you truly need now. From there, we do the integration work that helps what is unresolved soften and release, so you can move forward with more peace. Finally, we rebuild your next chapter with intention, clear boundaries, aligned choices, and a pace that restores capacity and strengthens self-trust.
Some seasons call for gentle processing and integration. Others invite clarity, boundary-setting, and expansion. I do not rush you or prescribe answers. I listen for what is ready, what is protecting you, and what needs to be honoured before it can shift. The aim is not to fix you. It is to guide you with steadiness, so insight becomes grounded action you can sustain, and your life begins to feel like yours again.
Ideal Participants

This work is for people who sense something in their life or leadership is shifting, and want support that honours the depth of that moment.
You may be navigating:
Grief or a meaningful loss, including unmet hopes, dreams, and expectations
Burnout or emotional fatigue, where your current pace is no longer sustainable
A leadership or identity crossroads, where old ways of operating no longer fit
You will likely value reflection, emotional intelligence, and a structured but humane process that helps you move forward without forcing a timeline.
This work may not be a fit if you want fast solutions, surface strategies, or someone to tell you what to do. It is also not a fit if you are not ready to slow down, reflect honestly, and engage emotionally as part of change.
This work may not be a fit if you:
Are looking for quick solutions or surface-level strategies to your problems
Prefer someone to tell you exactly what to do rather than guided reflection
Are not ready to slow down, explore emotions, and engage in deeper personal work
There is no judgement here. Timing matters. If this is not your season for slower, deeper work, that is allowed.

I help you put grief and transition on the calendar, with a clear, emotionally safe process that turns overwhelm into forward motion.
